The Downtime Credit
If your BGL AI Assist is verified down for whatever day it is down, you will receive a daily prorated credit for the time missed.
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your BGL Assist setup within the first 14 days, you may request a refund of your setup fee, less a non-refundable $40 license activation fee (this is a charge that we incur that is out of our control and is non-refundable).
Subscription Refunds
Subscription Refunds will be processed without questions if asked within 14 days for a full refund.
AI Service Uptime and Performance Credits
Bluegrass Lion AI (a Leading Hedge Company) strives for
100% service uptime for all BGL Assist AI employees. In the event
of a service interruption:
Step 1
Verification
If a client reports a service outage or performance failure, Bluegrass Lion AI will conduct a manual audit of the internal AI system logs to determine the cause and duration of the interruption.
Step 2
Credit Issuance
If the logs confirm a system-side error or outage on the part of Bluegrass Lion AI, a pro-rated service credit will be issued to the client’s account for every full day (24-hour period) the AI employee was non-functional.
Step 3
Exclusions
Credits are not issued for interruptions caused by third-party carrier outages (e.g., local cellular network failures) or client-side configuration changes made without Bluegrass Lion AI oversight.
